OfficeVenue: team working benefits
OfficeVenue allows teams of personnel to collaborate closely even when individuals are working in different locations. Such collaboration may be on a short-term basis e.g. for the duration of a particular contract or project, or be long term, involving team working arrangements between members of a dispersed group or department within an organisation.

Document management features include:
- Document control mechanisms (to prevent two users attempting to modify the same document)
- Automatic notification of the unavailability of documents (in the event of documents being modified by others)
