This system is responsible for controlling the charging of night storage heaters for thousands of consumers throughout the UK. The system carries out complex calculations based on actual and forecast weather conditions to ensure the comfort of consumers while minimising their fuel costs. The solution provided by Cygnet allows Solway Veg to meet delivery deadlines in a high pressure manufacturing setting.
Flexible Working with OfficeVenue
The Business Gateway offices in Perth, Dundee and Arbroath provide specialist support and advice to businesses in Tayside. The Business Gateways use OfficeVenue (including Cygnet VPN and IP telephony) to link their offices via the Internet. This eliminates metered call charges for all inter-office voice calls and allows the Business Gateway to provide an efficient service to its clients. C
